As a leadership & business coach, I am fully dedicated to helping Christian women engage in their calling, define a powerful purpose, and emerge as empowered Leading Ladies in ministry and business.

As a business owner for more than 25 years and in nonprofit management and development for over 20 years, I’ve seen firsthand how faith and strategy can transform purpose into powerful impact. I’ve helped women discover their calling, strengthen their leadership skills, and build lasting legacies that reflect the heart of God.

For more than 20 years, I’ve served faithfully as First Lady of Spirit Filled Family Church, where I’ve led women with grace, vision, and a passion for Kingdom excellence. My journey has taught me that leadership is not about position—it’s about posture: walking boldly in your God-given authority and serving others with purpose.

Through my programs, conferences, and community, I’ve helped countless women break barriers, build thriving brands, businesses, and ministries.
